Welcome
Batt O'Connor is a singer and poet from Gleann Na nGealt, a valley
in the Dingle Peninsula in Co. Kerry, in the South West of Ireland.

He played his first gigs in two famous Irish pubs- Dan Foley's in
Annascaul and Ashe's in Camp and has since played all over Ireland,
in Europe "from Finland to Spain", and in the USA

His music is strongly influenced by the songs, stories and magic
realism of the place that he grew up in- a beautiful valley in the mountains,overlooking the sea- and by his travels, geographical
and otherwise.
